How sex rules our dreams

Gritty, emotional, smelly and dirty: new evidence supports Freud’s long-debunked theory that sex fuels our dreams.

In short, every 90 minutes during sleep, we enter the dangerous twilight zone called REM sleep. The reward centres of our brains are activated, and our sexual systems are turned on – yet our bodies are partially paralysed so we cannot move to take advantage of these activations. Instead, as key physiologic systems collapse, we are forced to watch these things we call dreams.

Relationship between nightmares and a tight jaw

More and more people suffer from their tight jaw. One result causes teeth problems. So people visit a dentist `cause they are aware of these problems and not of the chronically tensed jaw. Mostly the dentists don`t know the reason for the teeth problems. So they call this syndrome “bruxisme”. People feel some kind of a respect towards such a diagnosis and follow the dentist`s indication for a while. But as there is no real change they stop.

By the way “bruxisme” only means teeth crunching. Using a Greek labeling the diagnosis sounds important. But ………..

Life long learning to be silent

“It took years to learn to speak and a life long to be silent.”

With these words the famous writer Ernest Hemingway, a master of words, brings it to the point what nonverbal communication is about.

It takes a bit longer than two years for a child to learn to speak, Hemingway’s focus is true.

Mankind belongs to the speaking and reflection species of nature. This is connected with the competence ……………..

Expression or not expression

If we are not familiar with the body language when we are communicating with Chinese, we are likely to misunderstand other people. So it’s very important to understand the differences of body language between South Europe and Chinese, be aware of the manners and the standards in order to avoid communicative barrier or even failure.

The main difference between………..

A suicide selfie

A young Chinese girl committed suicide after a very problematic relationship, as she posted for several times. She could not stand this relationship on her own only, so she opened up to the virtual public and let everybody take part in her relationship.

And also take part in her suicide. While sitting on a very high building she took a selfie which lets believe, so the Chinese media, that this is her last selfie. She at the same time posted: “After I’m dead, I will haunt you day and night, I will never be apart from you again.”

I think that there is a very deep desperation and anger ……….

Italy the country of vital body language

I am just back from my short Holidays in Italy, from the Island of Sicilia. It is a wonderful place in the world. Green and fertile especially in spring. We lived in a private house and had wonderful conversations in the morning with Danilea, an Italian Lady who explained to us many interesting things about the Country, the culture, the Mafia of course and the people.

While listening to her we could watch her body language. In fact it is a great joy to experience this. The Italian Body lives while talking. German, Chiense, many peolpe in the South of America talk and prefer the verbal Expression. In contrast to that Italian People would probably feel this to be a punishment to them. They have to be their Body Language while talking. Talking seems te be Music. And words are always embodied words. No word without the Body.

Here is a very little Pictures which shows the normal radius of movement of the arms of an Italian man while talking (ref movement). In contrast to that you have the green line which shows the radius of arm movement of a South American man.

If you get curious just have a look at old Italian films. You will really enjoy what you hear AND see.

Orgasm has various faces ( a multiple confession)

Beautiful Agony began as a multimedia experiment, to test a hypothesis that eroticism in human imagery rests not in naked flesh and sexual illustration, but engagement with the face. We wondered whether film of a genuine, unscripted, natural orgasm – showing only the face – could succeed where the most visceral mainstream pornography fails, and that is, to actually turn us on.

Yes, Agony is here to turn you on. But it will do much more than that. ………

A couple of years later we extended the brief of Agony to also look into the minds of the contributors, and find out what turns them on. We added Confessions, probing inquisitions where contributors are asked to bare their souls about all things sexy. You’ll find these videos way beyond fascinating; they’re a very candid and sometimes hilarious insight into human sexuality of the early 21st centur

Moving patterns are like a finger print

Each person has a distinct way of moving that is constant, like a signature; this pattern can be observed and identified through disciplined analysis; and the resultant Movement Pattern is a reliable predictor of how people will behave in a variety of situations.

Warren Lamb was the pioneer of Movement Pattern Analysis which is mainly based and originated in the works of the choreographer and movement analyst Rudolf Laban.

Lamb worked for all kinds of organisations, fot the industry and in the field of politics. His Approach to Body language is of course very different to the main stream, more instant like body reading concepts.
